Most recently, I devised a successful recruiting plan for Direct Demos & Merchandising, staffing product ambassadors at 254 Sprouts Farmers Market locations across 13 states. Simultaneously, I revamped the orientation process for all new hires and reconceived the related training and development program. This accomplishment further yielded: • More than 100 new employees since January 2015; • Reduced outside employment agency fees 40%, exceeding target; • Reduced turnover of the remote workforce by nearly 70%; • Positively impacted the growth of direct sales by nearly 40%; • Additional contracts with other retail grocery chains for exclusive staffing of product ambassadors. • Recruited and Hired for all open positions within the KeHE Monterrey LLC East and West Coast division
