Managing multiple eBay accounts. Ensuring all product inventory is up to date and updating copy. Identifying and implementing keyword strategy. Created a new, mobile-friendly product template in order to drive sales and conversion.

Sitewide merchandising through Search Spring. Updating and uploading content to the eCommerce platform. QA on-site and monitoring of site bugs, merch improvements, and product accuracy. Tracking/reporting revenue and usage of Volcom site promos. Redirecting search terms on site. Reporting on weekly KPIs of site analytics. Coordination with Global Catalog Production team in prepping web images for launch and ensuring accurate product info. Sample coordination in prep for eComm photoshoots, assistance and support in photoshoots/planning sessions.
