I have over 15+ years experience in the action sports world, mainly in the skateboard industry. I have good connections with 50+ China skateboard/skate/helmet factory for all kind of components, such as deck, truck, wheel, bearing, bolt, tool, helmet, protective gear, etc,. I am in a professional level of skateboard product development from specialty channel to mass-market products. Shanghai City, China In charge of entire skateboard development processing from sourcing to shipment. Keep cost competitiveness by price negotiation & cost control with the suppliers for all new articles. Ensure costs align with corporate revenue and profitability guidelines. Continuously work with cost reductions for existing articles. Coordinate and monitor all sales samples. Ensure all supplier quotations, samples, tooling and packaging are completed within the time frame. Coordinate with Quality/PD/Operation personnel to track and ensure the whole product development procedure to be completed before the deadline (including production testing, capacity, on-time delivery). Maintain supplier performance and identify the needs of the new suppliers.
