That why I work in business development for a company that is trying to make sustainable manufacturing the norm. I love partnering with companies and teaching them about the products we make and educating them on why it is important to buy sustainable products.

Led and built a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to achieve sales targets. Collaborated with multiple departments to develop and implement new product offerings. Worked with owner of the company to manage the day-to-day operations of the business. This includes running meetings with high-ranking employees, managing and maintaining company softwares, planning and running nine tradeshows.
