• Manage training sites for 30+ outdoor lifestyle Brands including Burton, Cannondale, Hydro Flask, Shimano, Trek, Yakima, YETI Coolers, etc. • Act as liaison between Clients (Brands, Retailers) and Web Development teams • Coordinate an average of 350 Web Development projects and tasks annually, in addition to daily maintenance requests • Improve efficiency by adapting to different communication styles • Maintain strong attention to detail and organized deadlines to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner • Conduct internal team meetings for regular status updates • Assist Brands with managing training content, assets, and reports • Serve as Customer Support Supervisor by assisting with general user inquiries • Create and regularly update how-to guides for various Admin user types • Work with variety of users to walkthrough Admin Dashboard for managers and reps to better understand available tools • Discuss best practices and strategies for brands to improve user engagement • Regularly check in with Brands to ensure client expectations are met • Assist with expansion of training programs to global markets • Assist with launch of new retail training platform for cannabis industry
