• Responsible for implementing and coordinating the design strategy from
conception to final product for the women's division with a focus on Women’s Denim.
• Created a new sourcing strategy for the Women’s denim business.
Moving 50% of the collection out of China to Mexico and U.S. to ensure a more
balanced business while achieving a better quality product.
• Partnering with sales team, analyzing feedback and productivity across all
product categories to ensure designs are carefully targeted to market for current
and future seasons.
• Identify trends, color, and themes for
the season as well as print and fabrication development.

Senior Designer · Quiksilver
Senior Designer for Roxy and Quiksilver Women’s including fleece, tees, woven’s,
outerwear, casual bottoms with primary focus on denim.
• Created concepts and direction for Roxy and Quik Women’s denim division on a
global calendar.
• Present trends, fabric and wash direction per season to Design, Sales, Merchandising,
Product Development and Division President.
• Maintained denim business as the number two top grossing category for Roxy,
while decreasing SKU count and increasing productivity in outerwear.
• Day to day activities included: hardware and trim development, fashion and flat
sketching, technical packages and wash development and attend fittings and
make appropriate fit adjustments.
