My main responsibilities are to design marketing materials, department specific graphics (brochures, banners, websites, multimedia displays, videos, podcast, etc.) that support each unit in USC Auxiliary Services (Housing, Hospitality, Transportation, and the Bookstore). In addition, designing materials for "outside" clients/departments.
Rightline Industries
Art Director | 08/2006 - 05/2007
My main focus at Rightline was to help the company expand into graphic services and develop an art department. In addition, unify the company’s brand. My responsibilities were marketing materials, graphic support for fixtures, create and update secondary web site, and develop pricing and service contract for graphic services.
Sundance Spas
Sr. Graphic Designer | 01/2003 - 08/2006
I started as a graphic design and quickly became a Sr. designer. As Sr. Designer I managed the work flow that came into the department, strategic planning and produced ad campaigns/promotions with each brand manager. My responsibilities were new product logos, ads, brochures, posters, point of purchase displays, graphics for trade show booths, direct mailers, presentations, photography, video, web prep, graphics on products, graphics for product release presentations, and t-shirt design.
Outdoor Dimensions
Graphic Designer | 06/2001 - 01/2003
Majority of Outdoor Dimensions' clients are land developers. I started as a sign designer, and worked my way into the art department. My responsibilities in sign design were to create conceptual art for indoor and/or outdoor signage including kiosk. Some projects were to recreate existing signage that had been badly damaged. When I moved over to the art department my responsibilities were to designed sales materials which include site maps, floor plans, and sales office artwork. There were also additional needs for conventions, seminars, and presentation graphics.
