Strategy Lead

Department : Strategy & Enterprise Reports to : Director, Strategy Location : North Vancouver, BC Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the Strategy Lead, you excel at turning complex strategic ideas into clear, compelling presentations and content that inspire, inform and drive alignment and decision making across the business. This role sits at the intersection of business Strategy, Brand, and creative storytelling, supporting both the Chief Brand Officer and the Strategy organization. You will develop executive level presentations and materials that articulate priorities, clarify decisions, and elevate how we share strategy across the organization. You combine strong business acumen with narrative and design sensibility, enabling leaders to communicate with clarity, impact, and purpose. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Meet Your Future Team: The Strategy & Enterprise PMO team, which sits within the Brand Marketing function, partners with the executive leadership team in the development, prioritization, and oversight of our company strategies, working cross-functionally across the business to ensure attainment of our long-term strategic objectives and goals. The team provides strategic insights and frameworks to enable strategy development, cross-functional alignment and executive decision making. We are experts at translating complex, unstructured problems into clear executive level narrative and recommendations. Our team leads the company’s long-range strategic planning process and quarterly business reviews to connect our strategy to our annual operating budget and annual strategic plan.
