Sr Financial Planning Analyst

Description :

This position perform a role to support FP&A manager in all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting process and reporting, including the preparation and analysis of prospective balance sheets, income statements. Support to prepare analysis materials coupled with explanation of variance vs. comparison numbers (budget/forecast/last year). Insure accurate financial reporting through planning system (TM1) to Head office. Monitor sales performance, COGS trend and SG&A stick to budget for effective budget control.

Responsibilities :

• Support to prepare overall reporting and planning (Annual budgeting / Q’terly guidance & forecasting / LRP )
• Support to prepare regular reporting packages (Monthly / Q’terly / Annual).
• Analyze historical data and current trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, Inventory, COGS, commission, etc
• Prepare analysis and explanation of variance especially for deviations between actual and plan, forecast, and last year in channel basis
• Actual closing financial result and forecast summary sharing for relevant team
• Closely monitor Sales, COGS, and SG&A to keep target via communication with relevant team for effective budget control.
• Support store investment approval process (AFE)
• Support to prepare variety reports requested by internal team and the Head office.(Ad Hoc report, Retail PL, 508 report, TM1 report etc.)
• Supported preparing various reports requested by the internal team and head office.
• Devise and develop a financial reporting tool and template to enhance working efficiency
• Ensure accurate financial reporting through the planning system (TM1) to the Head office.
