Senior Paid Media ManagerReporting to: Sr. Director, Performance Marketing Location: Onsite in our Park City, UT headquarters office
As the Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies across multiple channels to drive revenue, ROI, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. You are data- driven, have a strong background in optimizing paid search, paid social, and shopping channels under tightly managed budgets. You also have experience developing team members and managing external agency relationships.
About the Job:
Improve efficiency and drive profitable growth through paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook Ads Manager. Â
Measure and analyze performance, and identify new opportunities based on both internal and external platform sources.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Partner with Marketing Analytics on planning, forecasting, and spend/efficiency targets
Lead testing within existing channels in addition to new ones to help diversify mix with learnings that can be scaled to other channels or across sites.
Manage junior team members and ad agency.
Evaluate and upgrade marketing toolsets including those powering bid management, inventory-driven dynamic campaigns, product data feeds, and reporting.
Manage our tagging, tracking and reporting in partnership with the analytics and data teams.
Implement and continually test new creative messaging, landing pages, campaigns, and tools.
Collaborate with merchandising team to drive profitable sales of key inventory investments.
Foster relationships and negotiate agreements with internal and external partners.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the paid media space, and provide recommendations for incorporating new strategies and tactics into our campaigns.
About You:
5+ years of experience in paid media management at scale, preferably in a retail ecommerce environment, with a proven track record of driving performance.
Hands-on experience working with Google Marketing Platforms (SA360, GA360) and Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Strong background improving efficiency in direct response marketing channels through testing and process improvement
Must have strong understanding of digital marketing, growth/performance marketing, paid social, and paid search, including attribution, incrementality, margin, and payback/breakeven
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to conduct meaningful tests and draw actionable conclusions
Experience with in-platform measurement capabilities such as Conversion Lift, Brand Lift, Purchase Intent, and A/B testing/Experiments.
Advanced Excel skills are a must (e.g. index match, pivot tables, string extrapolation, etc.)
Ability to manage channel-level forecasts and goals
Strong understanding of enterprise analytics tools like Omniture or Google Analytics
Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
Excellent communication and presentation skills
