Manager, Commercialization

Department : Product Creation Development Reports to :Senior Director, Product Creation Development Location: North Vancouver, BC Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the Manager, Commercialization, you are the commercialization expert in your designated product category. You understand the unique needs of your category to lead, support and guide a team of specialists in their efforts to develop and deliver the technical specifications and factory competencies to be buy ready and production ready, while meeting product cost strategies, quality and manufacturing standards and efficiency. You provide insight and recommend sustainable strategies for your product category to continuously improve speed, optimize total product cost, support margin, and best utilize supply chain capability and efficiencies to achieve the product intent, function, and performance with integrity. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. You will be working with a team of technical specialists and with the Product Creation Development department throughout the season. You will have strong relationships with our vendors to ensure sourcing / development and Product Integrity strategies are executed.
