How you will contribute

• Gather information and business data for order and sales planning, interfacing with the sales teams across various channels to support accurate forecasting
• Carry out reports and analyses aimed at providing summaries of all sales activities for your manager and other relevant functions
• Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of sales dashboards, visualizing performance indicators and working closely with various functions (Finance, IT & Planning, Customer Service)
• Support the team in making business decisions to increase profitability by analyzing data and identifying key performance drivers
• Act as the main point of contact for Sales teams regarding planning, forecasting, progress tracking, and business-related issues
• Prepare business closing data and reports to be shared with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making

Who you are

• A university graduate in Finance or Business Management with at least 2/3 years of experience in similar roles (Business analyst/ Sales Planner/Sales Controller) or in Consultancy & Audit firms in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to manage reporting and databases
• Strong focus on results and respect of deadlines
• Strong team player and excellent communicator with entrepreneurship autonomy and problem solving skills
• Advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point
• English and Italian fluent speaker
• Organized and details oriented
