Your Job: As the Functional Analyst – ERP at Brooks, you will participate in the requirements elicitation, design, development, testing, implementation, support, and maintenance of ERP solutions that meet Brooks’ business requirements. These may span across other systems, applications, and data sources within the enterprise. You will leverage your ERP experience to engage with IT and business teams (from Product, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital Products, eCommerce, Customer Service) to understand business processes and requirements and ensure that ERP functionality meets these. As part of the global team focused on ERP and related integrations, you will work with architects and partner closely with other analysts and engineers to ensure that the design meets the business requirements and is aligned with enterprise solution guidelines. This position spans the full engineering lifecycle and upholds IT best practices, including ITIL-based change management and control process.
