Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the Digital Marketing Lead for EMEA, you are responsible for driving the performance and digital presence of Arc’teryx across the region, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing. You bring focus, clarity, and craft to our digital marketing programs, ensuring our guests connect with the right products and experiences at the right moments, while delivering measurable growth across paid media and digital channels. You’ll partner with Global Digital Growth Marketing, EMEA Brand Marketing, and key platform teams to turn regional insights into impactful action. You own channel execution and continuous optimization—balancing global strategy with local needs to support sustainable growth. This role is based out of our Munich office and is open to hybrid remote work. Meet Your Future Team: The EMEA Digital Commerce team is responsible for developing our ecommerce channel and all consumer-facing digital touchpoints for Arc’teryx in EMEA. It is a high-performing team responsible for direct-to-consumer ecommerce (strategy & operations), Digital Marketing (CRM / Paid / SEO), Digital Analytics and working closely with global counterparts. The team works closely with many other regional teams within Marketing and Commercial.
